Welcome, I’m Amy.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years, supporting individuals through a compassionate, integrative approach to healing. I am a trained and certified EMDR consultant (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. In addition to my clinical work, I am also a certified fitness and yoga instructor, bringing a body-based perspective to mental wellness and offering holistic support for mind-body healing.
